About Kim
Welcome! My name is Kim Meninger and I founded Great Heights Coaching to help professionals and executives successfully transition to new career opportunities. While the current job market has begun to improve, finding a new job remains a challenge for many highly successful individuals. I am committed to partnering with professionals and executives as they navigate the complex job search process.
Prior to coaching, I worked for more than 10 years in the corporate world, managing strategic business partnerships at EMC Corporation and Monster Worldwide. During that time, I cultivated a powerful professional network, which allowed me to advance very quickly in my career. I also learned important strategies for communicating my value, differentiating myself from others, and leveraging new technologies to achieve career success.
I made my own career transition in 2010 after the birth of my son. While my career was extremely important to me, I was reluctant to return to a corporate position that offered limited flexibility to meet my family’s needs. I decided, instead, to leverage my strengths and experiences to help others achieve their own career goals.
As a coach, I’ve noticed that many professionals and executives intellectually understand what they need to do, but they face internal challenges, such as fear, lack of confidence, and limiting beliefs, which hold them back. Others have been so far removed from the job search process that they are unfamiliar with the strategies and tools required to find work in today’s economy.
In each of my programs, I offer personalized, step-by-step guidance on how to maximize your career transition based on your unique career goals. I also provide crucial support on confronting the internal and external obstacles that stand in the way of that success.

Kim Meninger earned a BA in psychology and an MBA from Boston College. Additionally, she received career and life coaching certifications from the Life Purpose Institute. Kim is a CCE Board Certified Coach and an authorized facilitator of Now What®?, a Life-Blueprint Program.
